Application Support Engineer Helpdesk Support Central London Financial futures 18-22k Salary
Support Engineer required to work on a helpdesk*support role within a software company in the financial market. Support experience in a Software Vendor (ISV) or banking environment required by a leading application services provider. Excellent working environment with a young and growing team. If you have a good knowledge of financial markets and would like to move into IT Support this could be the role for you.
You will have some of the following:-
Experience of helpdesk systems and skills
Experience of supporting clients
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience of basic network concepts and knowledge of Operating systems
Experience of Front end trading packages in the Futures market
Experience of middle*back office technology for Futures market.
